Pentru marinată:
 1 lingură- boia de ardei dulce
  sare & piper negru
 2 linguri- ulei
 sucul la 1/2 portocală
 350-400 gr- somon
Pentru sos:
 1 lingurița- făină
 1 lingură- ulei
 2 linguri- unt Căsuța Mea 72,5%
 2 căței- usturoi
 50 ml- frișcă
  sare & piper negru
 1 lingurița- suc de lămâie
 1 lingură- caviar roșu

Mix 2 tbsp oil with 1/2 squeezed orange juice, 1 tbsp sweet paprika, salt and black pepper.

Grease the pieces of salmon (350-400 gr) on all sides with the marinade and bake for 25 minutes at 180 C.

For the sauce fry 2 crushed garlic cloves in 1 tbsp oil with 2 tbsp butter for 1 minute,

Remove the garlic, add 1 tbsp flour, stir , pour in 250 ml whipped cream, season with salt and black pepper to taste, simmer for 5-6 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Add 1tbsp lemon juice, add 1 tbsp caviar , mix and serve .

Decorate with greenery.
