Mix 2 tbsp oil with 1/2 squeezed orange juice, 1 tbsp sweet paprika, salt and black pepper.

Grease the pieces of salmon (350-400 gr) on all sides with the marinade and bake for 25 minutes at 180 C.

For the sauce fry 2 crushed garlic cloves in 1 tbsp oil with 2 tbsp butter for 1 minute,

Remove the garlic, add 1 tbsp flour, stir , pour in 250 ml whipped cream, season with salt and black pepper to taste, simmer for 5-6 minutes until the sauce thickens.
