1️⃣ Călim ceapa în unt 4 minute.
2️⃣ Într-un vas, amestecăm, orezul fiert cu ceapa calita, pieptul de pui tăiat cuburi mici, asezonăm cu sare, piper negru, boia de ardei dulce & verdeață tocată.
3️⃣ Umplem roșiile prealabil tăiate capacele & scos miezul, fără a deteriora pulpa.
4️⃣ Coacem 40 de minute, Temperatura 190 C.
5️⃣ Servim roșiile cu smântână. Savurați!
